Self Care For The New Year
2018 is just about over and a new year is starting soon. As we sit back and reflect on the previous year, we should also think about what great things we are all going to do in the new year. Self care should be on everyone's list because "me time" is something we all need a little more of in our lives. Self care doesn't have to be expensive and you don't always have to leave the house. It has been used by almost all historical civilizations including the Native Americans, Japanese, Chinese, Ancient Indians, Russians, Turks and the Scandinavians, for various healing benefits.
