Pantene Pro-V Micellar Shampoo & Conditioner Review

Written by:

I was so intrigued when I saw the Pantene Pro-V Micellar Water Shampoo and Conditioner at my local Walmart store.  Micellar water has been a huge trend recently, especially when it comes to makeup removal and skincare products, but this is the first time I have even seen micellar water being used in hair care products. Since I am a huge micellar water fan, I couldn't wait to purchase these and get home to use them.

The shampoo is nutrient infused with pro vitamin B5 and antioxidants to help strengthen your hair while at the same time riding it of impurities. The shampoo is pH balanced and has no silicone's, parabens or dyes, which is really great if you have been trying to avoid those ingredients or need to use more gentle products on your hair. The micelles in the shampoo are very gentle and help to remove impurities and cleanse your hair.

The conditioner is also nutrient infused with vitamin B5 and antioxidants and does not have any parabens or dyes in the formula. The conditioner is a blend suspended in micellar like micro-droplets that create a very lightweight and milky formula that is able to deeply penetrate your hair fibers to strengthen your hair at its core instead of weighing down your hair fibers surface on the outside.

I am beyond impressed with this shampoo and conditioner combo after giving them a try, but the conditioner had me incredibly impressed. They both smell amazing and my hair has been feeling very strong and silky since using these products. I've also noticed way less tangles than I used to have before.  These products are for all hair types, including color treated hair, and feel much more expensive than they actually are, from their packaging to the formulas themselves Pantene is definitely outdoing themselves with these products.  I'm curious to see if we will see more micellar water products in hair care in the future!
